What about payment?

Innovae keeps 8.9% + €0.40 on each sale collected, payment fees included, on every plan including Start. The rest is paid out to the merchant. Payouts follow the schedule set in your merchant agreement, after a security hold on recent sales.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Innovae carries refunds and payment disputes.

How billing works

  1. 01The Start plan is free. The Team and House subscription is billed in euros, excluding tax, monthly and in advance, at the price agreed with you in writing.
  2. 02No setup fee, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. You cancel whenever you like, effective at the end of the current month.
  3. 03The commission is kept only on sales collected in Innovae. It appears on every payout statement.
  4. 04You change plans at any time: upward, right away; downward, the following month.
  5. 05Any price change is announced by email at least thirty days in advance.
