Terms of sale

1. The seller

The seller is INNOVAE SASU, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company registered under number 131 776 148 R.C.S. Paris, with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.

INNOVAE SASU sells in its own name and on behalf of the merchant named on the payment page. That merchant prepares and ships the order. For any question about your purchase, your contact is Innovae: contact@innovae.io, +33 7 56 83 05 65.

2. Scope

These terms apply to any purchase paid for on an Innovae payment page. You accept them by ticking the box provided before paying. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of your order.

3. Products and prices

The products are those described by the original merchant and shown again on the payment page. Prices are given in euros, all taxes included. Delivery charges are shown before payment. The price due is the one displayed when you confirm payment.

4. Order and payment

The sale is concluded when payment is accepted. Payment is by bank card; it is processed by Stripe, and Innovae never sees your card data. On your bank statement, the descriptor is “INNOVAE*” followed by the name of the original merchant. An order confirmation and an invoice are sent to you by email.

5. Delivery

The order is shipped by the original merchant to the address you gave, within the time shown on the payment page. If no time is shown, it is delivered no later than thirty days after the order. A tracking link is sent to you when the carrier provides one.

If delivery is late, write to us. If delivery does not take place within the reasonable additional time you give us, you may cancel the order and you are refunded within fourteen days.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have fourteen days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without giving a reason. Write to us at the address above with your order number, then send the product back within the following fourteen days, to the return address we give you. Return costs are yours to pay, unless the payment page says otherwise.

We refund the price and standard delivery charges within fourteen days of your request, to the payment method used. This refund may be deferred until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, to perishable products, to unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or to digital content supplied immediately with your consent.

7. Legal guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery of the product: in the event of a defect, you may ask for repair or replacement, or failing that a price reduction or a refund. You also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects, for two years from discovery of the defect. These guarantees are exercised against Innovae, as seller.

8. Customer service

9. Refunds

Refunds are made by Innovae to the payment method used for the order. The cases and time limits are detailed in the Refund and cancellation policy, under “Purchases”.

10. Personal data

Innovae processes the data needed for your order, its delivery, and its follow-up, and passes it to the original merchant for preparation and shipping. Details are in the Privacy policy.

11. Complaints and mediation

First send your complaint in writing to our customer service. If no solution is found within two months, a consumer may turn to a consumer mediator free of charge.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence and may bring a case before the court of their place of residence.
